Manpower - Convención Anual
Manpower’s General Management requested original ideas in order for employees to experience the year’s corporate challenges during its annual convention. The company wanted to provide a message of unity and, at the same time, work through a series of strategic values in order to achieve team excellence. The challenge was to present results after one hour as well as motivating and entertaining.
WHAT WE DID
In this occasion, we proposed “One Vision” using plastic arts as a thread for a group activity. The project consisted in creating different modules by dividing all 700 assistants into several teams in order to build together a huge art piece representing Manpower’s strategic challenges. Complex audio-visuals displayed the result of the participants work during the closing ceremony. This ensured assimilation and compromise with management’s objectives. The result had an excellent reception and was thoroughly effective.
